CEO of Navien, Scott Lee, responded to the COVID-19 outbreak letting the public know what the company is doing to ensure the health and safety of its employees and customers.
As a manufacturer of plumbing and heating products and services that are necessary to the essential operation of residences, Navien is closely monitoring the situation and following guidelines from local and national world health organizations.
Navien plans to continue uninterrupted service, technical support and shipping. They have implemented a work from home strategy for all departments aside from shipping. This remote strategy results in slight changes to their normal technical support process. When contacting Technical Support, your call will be automatically placed in a hold queue until an agent is available. Hold times may be slightly longer than normal, but please remain on the line and your call will be answered by a support agent. Agents will remain available during normal support hours, 7 days a week.
The company’s response to COVID-19 will evolve along with changes to the situation. Navien’s principals guiding them through this time are to keep employees safe, continue to serve customers with the highest standards, and to do their part in slowing the spread of the virus so that the most vulnerable people get the care they need.
