ICC named Neil Burning its new vice president of government relations technical resources. Burning has more than 30 years of technical expertise in codes and standards. He will develop and direct programs and resources that support the adoption of the international codes.

Uponor North America named Paul Jossart senior manager, operations for the company’s Hutchinson, Minnesota expansion. A 20-year resident of Hutchinson, Jossart will be responsible for operations at the Hutchinson facility.

Chicago Faucets appointed John Habeck to the role of national accounts manager. He’ll be responsible for developing e-commerce and supporting relationships with national accounts.

Moen added Cheri Phyfer to the executive team of the Global Plumbing Group, a division of Fortune Brands Homes & Security, as president, Moen U.S. Businesses, effective immediately. Phyfer brings more than 20 years of general management and sales and marketing leadership experience to Moen.

Sloan Executive Chairman Charles Allen was inducted into the Chicago Area Plumbing Industry Hall of Fame by the Plumbing Contractors Association. He joins the company’s founder, William Elvis Sloan, on the distinguished list.

Duravit added Galen Stump as the company’s vice president of technical sales and services. He’ll use his experience in general management and years of manufacturing knowledge to train service teams and advance product communications.

Speakman Co. announced the additions of Jason Cadestin and Jianbo Pei to its engineering teams; and George Sobvra, Matthew Gavia and Chris Barnard to its newly formed sales teams. Cadestin is Speakman’s new electro/mechanical engineer, while Pei is an engineering intern. Sobyra is Speakman’s new regional sales manager in Illinois where he will manage specification and hospitality reps in the new Northern region, while Gavia is the company’s new safety sales manager for the West division and will manage West Coast safety sales and its network of sales reps, along with key industrial and safety distributors and end users. Barnard is Speakman’s South regional sales manager where he will be responsible for the new Southern region, its 11 agencies and increasing the spec channel by working with sales reps, distributors, contractors, engineers and end users.

Douglas Dodds was appointed president and CEO of IBC Technologies USA. IBC is a provider of high-efficiency boilers and indirect-fired water heaters in North America. Dodds joined IBC in 2015 as the company’s managing director of sales and marketing and has helped usher in a period of unprecedented growth, the company pointed out.

T&S Brass and Bronze Works expanded its customer-service hours and capabilities with the addition of new California-based representative Matt Sopko. Sopko is located at T&S’ California distribution and customer-service center. With the new position, T&S has extended its phone, email and online chat customer-service availability to cover 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern.
