Fairfax, Virginia-based designs service firm Dewberry announced the promotion of seven employees within the company’s offices in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina. The company has practiced its work in North Carolina since 1984.

The promotions include:

1) Shepard Hockaday, P.E., to senior vice president. Hockaday works with Dewberry’s MEP group as business unit manager in the Raleigh office.

2) Peter Andersen, P.E., and Matthew West, P.E., have been promoted to senior associate in the Raleigh office.

3) Christian Matthews, P.E., Jeffrey Roney, P.E., and Patrick Wade, P.E., were promoted to associate at the Raleigh office.

4) Tony Miller, P.E., was promoted to associate in the Charlotte office.
