MIFAB’s Big Max is a commercial-grade FOG hydromechanical grease interceptor constructed of high-density polyethylene. The large capacity of the Big Max reduces maintenance and pumping costs while managing the most demanding flow rates. MIFAB’s advanced design allows Big Max to be installed indoors, outdoors (below grade) or between floors. Units can be linked together to handle exceedingly large demands and easily install in most commercial or foodservice operations.
