Uponor’s Ecoflex pre-insulated pipe comes in 1”, 1 1/4” and 1 1/2” ASTM sizes. The pipe features a hePEX-plus barrier tubing surrounded by closed-cell, PEX-foam insulation and is covered by a waterproof, corrugated HDPE jacket, making it ideal for direct-burial applications. It is available in continuous lengths up to 600’ and uses either ProPEX fittings or WIPEX dezincification-resistant brass compression fittings for a watertight, leak-resistant system. It is available in single and twin configurations which feature one or two hePEX-plus service pipes, respectively. The long coil lengths eliminate most buried connections and pipe joints.
