The Trimble Robotic Total Station is an electronic instrument utilizing input from Autodesk Fabrication or Revit MEP drawings to automatically locate vital layout points as a building is under construction. Once a worker establishes and enters the site drawings into the device, it will wirelessly communicate with a hand-held prism to create reference points, extrapolate and calculate the location of pipes, sleeves and hanger locations.
