The FlexHead open-hub mounting bracket comes fully assembled out the box for ease of installation. The Factory Mutual-tested bracket has a built-in safety feature that allows it to stay securely attached to the suspended ceiling T-bar without positive attachment to the T-bar with screws. Factory screws securing the mounting bracket are required for UL installation.
