High-efficiency toilet and sink manufacturer Caroma will be a key sponsor at Hollywood’s  Global Green Pre-Oscar party on Feb. 23.

High-efficiency toilet and sink manufacturer Caroma will be a key sponsor at Hollywood’s “greenest” pre-Oscar event, the Global Green Pre-Oscar party on Feb. 23. This will be the 8th consecutive Hollywood event for Global Green, a nonprofit organization working to address some of the greatest challenges facing humanity by creating sustainable buildings and cities.

Caroma product representatives will be invited to enter and win a chance to “Walk the Green Carpet with Caroma” at the 2011 pre-Oscar party. This highly unique and green contest - eligible to dealers who fulfill purchase orders of Caroma product totaling $5,000 or more - will ultimately award three winners with a pair of tickets to attend the exclusive Global Green Pre-Oscar Party. In addition, winners will receive roundtrip airfare from a major airport near their home to Los Angeles International Airport and accommodation at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel & Spa. Contest winners will be announced on Feb. 15.

Welcoming celebrities and eco-luminaries from around the world, Caroma will be the toilet manufacturer of choice at the Pre-Oscar event, which will bring together some of Hollywood’s biggest stars on the green carpet. Last year, more than three dozen celebrities includingLeonardo DiCaprio,Penelope Cruz,Salma Hayek,James Cameron,Jessica Alba,Kate BosworthandOrlando Bloomwere on-hand to discuss the latest on Global Green’s initiatives. Contest winners will get the chance to socialize and enjoy cocktails around an organic bar, as well as take in performances by special musical guests.
