The Board of Directors of CSA Group announced the appointment of Ash Sahi to the position of president and chief executive officer of Canadian Standards Association.

The Board of Directors of CSA Group announced the appointment ofAsh Sahito the position of president and chief executive officer of Canadian Standards Association, a global provider of standards solutions, testing and certification services and consumer product evaluations.

Sahi succeeds CSA Group President and CEORobert M. Griffin, who will retire from CSA Group after 11 years of service to the organization.

As president and CEO, Sahi, who brings 30 years of global business experience, will provide leadership and direction for the global company with offices, testing laboratories and affiliates in more than 60 countries worldwide. CSA Group employs more than 1,400 people serving approximately 35,000 customers, and has more than 9,000 volunteer members that serve on various committees for standards development.
