Delta Faucet Company announced that Reinhard Metzger has assumed the post of president, as John C. Wills moves into a full-time role at Masco Headquarters.

Metzger, 57, is currently president of Masco cabinet manufacturer Mill's Pride and will transfer to Delta headquarters in Indianapolis to assume complete oversight responsibility for the company. Wills, 50, will relocate to Masco headquarters in Taylor, MI, to devote his full attention to his duties as group president of plumbing products North America, a position he assumed in 2001 in addition to running Delta. In his new position, Metzger will report to Wills. Wills reports to Masco President and Chief Operating Officer Alan Barry.

Metzger first joined Masco in 1984 at Thermador, where he became division president in 1991. He left Masco in 1997 when Thermador was sold to Bosch-Siemens. In 2000, he returned to Masco as president of Mill's Pride, a maker of ready-to-assemble cabinets based in Columbus, OH.

Wills joined Masco in 1993 and held a series of key management positions, including vice president of sales and marketing, where he directed all of Masco's corporate sales and marketing activities. He joined Delta as president in 1999 and has led the successful re-branding and repositioning of the half-century old faucet maker.
