Bonney Forge Corp. completed the acquisition of RP&C, a forged steel valve manufacturer and division of Conbraco Industries, Inc., located in Conway, SC. The company will retain the name of RP&C as a division of Bonney Forge Corp. The RP&C sales office, as well as all inventory, will be located in Mt. Union, PA.
