The Elkay Division of Elkay Manufacturing Co. has announced that it has achieved certification to ISO 9001:2001 standards for total quality management. The certification includes the division's seven domestic plants and distribution center, as well as sales and marketing, customer service, engineering, human resources, financial management and information technology.

In related news, Elkay Sales, Inc. announced that it has named Mid-Continent Marketing as its exclusive representative for Elkay products in northern Illinois and northwest Indiana.
