ISH North America show organizers have announced that four additional professional trade organizations have lent their group's endorsement to the ISH North America trade show and its continuing efforts of show consolidation in the Kitchen & Bath, Plumbing--PVF, Heating and Air Conditioning industries. Joining 14 other professional associations in endorsing ISH North America are the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO), the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES), the American Backflow Prevention Association (ABPA) and the World Plumbing Council (WPC).

IAPMO is a California-based, mutual benefit non-profit corporation dedicated to the protection of public health and safety through its development and maintenance of the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC).

Also joining the ISH North America endorsing team is the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES), based in Illinois, with 20,000 members and over 400 chapters.

The American Backflow Prevention Association, founded in 1984 and based in Bryan, TX, is an organization whose members have a common interest in protecting drinking water from contamination through cross-connection control and backflow prevention.

Also lending their global support to ISH NA is the World Plumbing Council (WPC), based in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2002, the WPC held their annual meetings at the inaugural ISH North America show held in Toronto. The mission of the WPC is to unite the world plumbing industry to safeguard and protect the environment and the health of nations, for the benefit of all.

ISH North America will be held from October 1-3, 2003, at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino Convention Center in Las Vegas. Over 500 companies are expected to present their latest products and services to an audience approaching 15,000 trade buyers and visitors.
