William Vollmar, former manager of grooved products at Star Pipe, has been named national sales manager of DWV Casting Co., and William Hemphill has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing. DWV is based in Houston and has a complete line of NH and SV fittings and pipe, as well as stainless steel couplings.
