Highland Tank's new Automatic Grease Interceptors are designed to keep large amounts of pipe-clogging fats, oils and grease (FOG) from entering the city's sanitary sewer system. These high performance interceptors help grocery stores, restaurants, quick serve markets and convenience stores comply with the city's sewer pretreatment regulations. For easy maintenance, the removable screen basket separates and contains food scraps and solids. Grease is skimmed from the surface of the interceptor and drained into a bucket or barrel.
