Built on the AutoCad 2003 platform, Autodesk Building Systems 3 is a standalone application that meets an engineer's building mechanical, electrical and plumbing needs from schematic design through construction documentation. It provides engineering-specific features to increase productivity and accuracy; building information modeling technology to improve coordination of construction documents and project data; and extensive content libraries and creation tools. The mechanical module contains single, 2D or 3D pipes for creating chilled water, hot water, steam or other piping systems.
