NFPA announced that both Illinois and Wisconsin have chosen to adopt its most recent safety code editions. The state of Illinois is adopting the 2000 edition of NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, and the state of Wisconsin is adopting the 2000 edition of NFPA 1, Fire Protection Code.
