El Taller Colaborativo, PC (ETC), a firm offering mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering, civil engineering, and construction management services, has announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters and staff from Jersey City to 550 Broad St., Newark, NJ. The new location represents a 60% increase in office space to accommodate the 60% increase of staff over the last year.
