RLE Technologies, manufacturer of remote monitoring solutions, has web-enabled its Falcon Monitoring Device. This allows users to check equipment and site status over the Internet with any standard web browser. The Falcon accepts an image from any IP addressable web camera. This image, displayed on the main menu of the Falcon's web interface, provides a live view of the site. Since the Falcon hosts its own web pages, neither additional software nor a host PC is necessary. The Falcon notifies users of alarm conditions through e-mail messages, SNMP traps, phone paging, and e-mail paging. The Falcon interfaces with temperature, pressure, flow, current, and humidity sensors, or any other dry contact, 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA inputs. The Falcon can also control site equipment via alarm relay outputs. www.rletechnologies.com. RLE Technologies.
