The Construction Innovation Forum (CIF) has announced the call for nominations for the 2003 NOVA Awards honoring construction innovations around the world. Nominations are due on Oct. 1, 2002, and nomination forms can be downloaded from CIF's Web site at http://www.cif.org. There are no entry fees, and winners will be announced in February 2003.
