The Gorman-Rupp Co. has announced the merger of Flo-Pak, Inc. of Atlanta, GA, with Patterson Pump Co., Toccoa, GA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Gorman-Rupp Co. Packaged pumping stations, produced by Flo-Pak, Inc. for the hvac, fire, municipal and industrial markets, will continue to be manufactured and assembled in Atlanta and marketed under the brand name of Flo-Pak.
