IAPMO President Courtney Arford announced that the IAPMO Board of Directors unanimously voted to implement a new program of training on the Uniform Plumbing Code and Uniform Mechanical Code. IAPMO will provide up to three free educational seminars to the states currently adopting the UPC and UMC to assist state employees in their understanding of the Uniform codes. Each state employee who attends the free training seminar will also receive a complimentary copy of the UPC or UMC.
