The two organizations think this is an important partnership in promoting the interests of industry wholesalers. ASA sees it as an opportunity to focus their energies on what they identify as their "core competencies" of education, technology and government affairs.

Both publications will retain their editorial independence. By mutual agreement, ASA will have no say over the content of Supply House Times, except for those pages specifically designated as ASA News. Nor will the Supply House Times staff make any attempt to control or edit the content of ASA's designated pages.
