ECR International, Inc., a manufacturer in the hvac industry with headquarters in Utica, NY, has announced the acquisition of Argo Industries in Berlin, CT. Argo Industries manufacturers fin-tube radiation for residential and light commercial use, electric boilers and control systems for hydronic applications. The newly acquired company will be known as Argo Technology Inc. With this addition, ECR International will be operating six manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada, while marketing eleven brands of hvac equipment, including Airco Furnace, Dunkirk Boilers, Enviromaster International (EMI), Olsen Technologies, Oneida Royal Furnace, Pennco Boilers, RetroAire, Ultimate and Utica Boilers.
