A new CD available from BOCA provides the most current energy conservation codes.

A new CD available from BOCA provides design professionals and code officials with the most current energy conservation codes and the U.S. Dept. of Energy's code compliant manuals and software. "Energy Source 2000," available only on CD, includes the complete text of the 2000 and 1998 International Energy Conservation Codes, as well as MECcheckT and COMcheckT compliance materials developed by the U.S. Dept. of Energy.

The Association has also released a new International Code Council publication, Code Requirements for Housing Accessibility, that brings together contemporary and up-to-date provisions from model codes and consensus national standards that meet or exceed the minimum requirements of the Fair Housing Act.

The document is suitable for adoption by states and jurisdictions, and is particularly useful for jurisdictions that have not adopted accessibility-related codes or regulations, or those seeking to replace current provisions.

For more information on the publication, contact BOCA Customer Service at (800) 214-4321, ext. 271.
