Lochinvar Corp., a manufacturer of high efficiency water heaters, boilers swimming pool heaters and hot water storage tanks, has announced plans to relocate its world headquarters from Nashville, Tenn., to Lebanon, Tenn. Construction is due to begin May 1 at a 75-acre site.
The new 310,000-square-foot facility will house a manufacturing plant, engineering development lab, administrative offices, state-of-the-art training facility, and distribution center. Lochinvar currently operates out of five separate offices in six facilities throughout middle Tennessee. The new facility will consolidate all of the existing operations into one building. Occupancy of the new facility is expected in the Spring of 2001.
