Oscar Bock, founder and honorary Chairman of the Board of Bock Water Heaters, Madison, WI, passed away February 16, 2000, at age 100. Mr. Bock had 25 patents and many awards to his name, including Engineer of the Year from Iowa State University in Ames, IA, which he received at age 85. He was also active in civic affairs.
