The 1998 edition of the International Zoning CodeT (IZC) is now available through the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO). The code is part of the family of model construction codes being developed in the United States by the International Code Council (ICC). The first edition of the IZC is based on and compatible with the codes from all three model code organizations.
