The Copper Development Association has selected Cambridge Scientific Abstracts of Bethesda, MD, to manage its Copper Data Center. The CDC is an on-line bibliographic database of the world’s technical literature on copper and copper alloys. The database covers copper technology from smelting and hydrometallurgy through the performance of copper and copper alloys in end-use and service applications. More than 50,000 documents, mostly articles from technical literature, have been indexed into the database.

Access to the database is free at http://cdc.copper.org. The association also provides information on copper applications at www.copper.org.
