The International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) has reached an agreement with Vietnam for countrywide adoption of the Uniform Plumbing Code. The 1997 UPC will be translated into Vietnamese, seminars will be held throughout Vietnam, and a Vietnamese delegation will visit California for further assistance with the development and maintenance of the UPC.
