Weil-McClain and Metzger Machine Corp. have entered into a product marketing agreement.

Weil-McClain, a cast iron boiler manufacturer, and Metzger Machine Corp., a manufacturer of oil-fired furnaces, have entered into an agreement in which Weil-McClain has acquired the brand names Williamson and Thermoflo. Metzger Machine will continue to manufacture oil furnaces and provide related services.

The newly formed Williamson-Thermoflo Co. will operate as an independent business unit of Weil-McClain. "Williamson since 1890, and Thermoflo since 1946, have been recognized brand names," Weil-McClain President Tom May said. "Our intent is to grow on this strong foundation."
