Clear Creek Systems, Inc., of Bakersfield, CA, and Flow Tech Industries Inc. of Ventura, CA, have formalized their joint agreement to share industrial and ultra-pure water treatment technology by the formation of Flow Tech Systems, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the parent company Clear Creek Systems, Inc.
