U.S. architecture and engineering boasts 4.5 percent wage increase.
A recent survey showed that wages increased 4.5 percent in U.S. architecture, engineering and environmental consulting firms last year-the biggest increase in four years. The survey, conducted by Zweig White & Associates, a specialized management consulting, research and publishing firm based in Natick, Mass., also found that firms are projecting another 4.5 percent increase this year.
