Teledyne Laars, an Allegheny Teledyne Incorporated company, recently acquired the assets of Randolph, Massachusetts-based Trianco-Heatmaker, Inc., manufacturer of high efficiency gas- and oil-fired boiler and water heating products. "Trianco-Heatmaker's high efficiency, sealed combustion systems add to our heating technology base," says Wendy Howells, vice president of Teledyne Laars heating systems.
