Watts Industries has completed its acquisition of Chiles Power Supply and Bask LLC.

Watts Industries has completed its previously announced acquisition of Chiles Power Supply and Bask LLC, affiliated companies located in Springfield, Mo. Chiles Power Supply, doing business under the trade name Heatway, together with Bask, manufactures a complete line of hydronic and radiant heating and snowmelting systems. Annual sales are about $11 million.

Watts, with worldwide sales exceeding $520 million, designs, manufactures and sells an extensive line of valves to the plumbing, heating and water quality markets.
