The Radiant Panel Association will hold its Annual National Conference and Radiant Exposition on its own next year instead of in conjunction with ISH North America, but will still actively promote the Atlanta event.

Next year’s conference and REX will be held Aug. 13-15, at the Schaumburg Convention Center in suburban Chicago. ISH North America is scheduled for Oct. 1-3 in Atlanta.

At RPA's annual meeting last month in Hartford, CT, Executive Director Larry Drake old the group that it will still lend its name in support of ISH NA.

"We want to continue to support ISH NA, however, we just don't want to be restricted to holding our show at ASH," Drake said. He added that his members want their own show as they did prior to joining up with Messe Frankfurt, ISH NA show organizers, in 2002.

RPA intends to help promote ISH NA, develop radiant seminars and host a booth exhibit. "And we will encourage our members to attend,” Drake said.
