AT Plastics Inc. announced that it has completed the sale of selected intellectual property and a limited number of other assets of its cross-lined polyethylene (PEX) compounds product line to a large North American buyer to be named at a later date. This completes the company's exit from the remainder of its Performance Compound product line (Flexet). The gross proceeds from this transaction came to $3,575,000.
