S.A. Armstrong Ltd. has established a new company based in Birmingham, England, called Armstrong Integrated Systems Ltd.
In its second major U.K.-based acquisition this year, S.A. Armstrong Ltd. (whose subsidiary operates in the U.K. under the Armstrong Holden Brooke Pullen brand), has established a new company based in Birmingham, England, called Armstrong Integrated Systems Ltd. (AISL), which has just purchased the majority of assets of Plant Energy Systems Ltd. The new company is a specialist in off-site construction and the pre-assembly of building services equipment, from fully packaged HVAC and fire plant rooms, to frame-mounted boiler systems.
