Watts Water Technologies has acquired McCoy Enterprises of Kansas City, KS. McCoy is a $17 million company that distributes its products under the brand names Orion, Flowsafe and Laboratory Enterprises. Explained Watts CEO Patrick O'Keefe: "The acquisition is a natural extension of our existing drain business, which will allow us to offer a more complete line of specialty drainage products to our customers. These products include a complete line of acid resistance waste products, double containment piping systems, as well as a line of high purity pipes, fittings and faucets."
