The Bosch Group has announced a 100% acquisition of Controlled Energy Corp. (CEC) of Waitsfield, VT. The company will be integrated into Bosch's subsidiary, BBT Thermotechnik, a European manufacturer of heating products. CEC reports annual sales of $34 million from sales of instantaneous water heaters.
