Amcast Industrial Corp. has signed a definitive agreement to sell most of the assets of its Flow Control Div. to a U.S. subsidiary for the Dutch group, Aalberts Industries. The transaction includes the businesses of Elkhart Plumbing, Elkhart Industrial and Amcast Industrial.
