ECR International has hired Bob Shea as regional sales manager for the New York City Metro territory. He will be responsible for ECR's 10 wholesale brands, including Airco, Argo, Dunkirk, EMI, Hyundai, Olsen, Oneida Royal, Pennco, Ultimate and Utica.
