Earth Tech Inc. has named three vice presidents to pursue major infrastructure projects in the United States and Canada.

Earth Tech Inc., a business unit of Tyco Engineered Products & Services, and a global provider of consulting, engineering and construction services, has named three vice presidents to pursue major infrastructure projects in the United States and Canada.

Pamela Murray Johnson will consolidate under one umbrella the development and delivery of K-12 school construction projects that were previously carried out by individual Earth Tech offices. She will be located in Earth Tech's Alexandra, VA, office.

Joe Cazares will be responsible for business development of large transportation projects nationwide, including public/private programs, and design/build projects. He will be located in Earth Tech's San Diego, CA, office.

Lou Tortora, Jr. will be responsible for global sales and marketing for Earth Tech's water, wastewater and water resources projects. He will be located in Earth Tech's Milwaukee, WI, office.
