Truebro Inc., Ellington, Conn. has brought suit for patent infringement and unfair competition against Plumberex Specialty Products, Inc., of Palm Springs, Calif., and Futura Sales Inc., of Framingham, Mass.
Truebro manufacturers and distributes nationally the Lav Guard brand molded ADA piping covers for wheelchair accessible sinks and lavatories. The suit involves the Plumberex Handi-Shield Pro-2000 brand molded piping covers introduced this year. The suit is pending in the United States Federal District Court in Boston.
