Clearing Up the FOG in Ohio

Regarding Julius Ballanco's Oct. 2004 column, I am a bit more of an activist on this. I would add a line to the code that required a building to have functioning, accessible toilets before it could be open to the public. Lock your toilets, lock your doors.Walter E. Wallis, P.E.
