The Sunroc Corporation announced that it has purchased essentially all of the business and assets of the CORDLEY/Temprite bottled water cooler division from the Elkay Manufacturing Company of Oak Brook, IL. After Elkay fulfills its manufacturing obligations on behalf of Sunroc, it will close its Lanark, IL, facility. Over the next several months, the CORDLEY/Temprite business will be relocated to Sunroc's corporate and manufacturing headquarters in Dover, DE.
