Rick Penn, an outside sales representative with Hughes Supply, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL, recently became the 500th student to attend and complete the Rheem-Ruud Commercial Water Heater Institute. Established in 1998, the Commercial Institute is open to all Rheem-Ruud wholesaler-distributors and their contractor customers. The objective is to deepen the students' understanding how to sell, install and service commercial water heaters.
