The development of advanced energy design guides has been announced by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). The guides will help engineers achieve LEED certification for sustainable building design.
In related news, ASHRAE will offer its four-hour short course on compliance with the HVAC and service water heating requirements of ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1, Energy Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings, in a new online format.
