The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) and ECR International of Utica, NY, announced that they are providing WatterSaver residential heat pump water heaters to participating contractors and building owners at no charge, while also paying for installation costs, to qualifying residences in the New York City and Long Island area. The WatterSaver is manufactured by Enviromaster International, LLC, a division of ECR.
