Navien introduces NaviClean, powered by Adey. This magnetic boiler filter is designed to work with Navien NHB boilers, NCB-E combi-boilers and any other boiler systems up to 199,000 Btu/h. NaviClean protects boiler systems by using a powerful permanent magnet to capture high levels of iron oxide, sludge and debris from the incoming water lines. NaviClean is designed with bidirectional flow and 360-degree rotational valves, making in-line installations simple enough to be completed in only two minutes, the company points out. The quick-release trigger and rapid-fit connectors also allow for quick maintenance and reinstallation, Navien adds. The dirt-filtration technology of NaviClean helps extend the life of hydronic heating systems, while reducing heating costs, maintenance costs and carbon emissions, Navien notes.
